I went in on a Friday night around 7pm and was totally ignored. No one asked me if I was looking for a bike or needed help with anything. It wasn't the first time, either. Go to Gowanda Harley instead, because they don't ignore you.
They guys are great. I was on a motorcycle trip to Montreal from New York City when I realized I lost the only copy of my motorcycle keys halfway through New York State. When I went to the local Harley dealership they were able to find the one copy of my Key in the whole country at this Jamestown dealership. When I called they were more than helpful and shipped the keys to me that morning. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a motorcycle in the area. They are good people!
