Well Guy's if you want to get ripoff go to this UPS on 708 Foot ave. in Jamestown NY 14701 ... I send a package on September 25 to Puerto Rico this is five days after the storm Maria ... So the the employee give me two options overnight for $220.00 or $120.00 next day for a ten pound package! I find the price too laud but I was desperate because inside the package was a inverter to work a teraphy asma machine for my grandson.. I tell that to the employee and she pick up the phone and call someone and they process the sale! Today is October 14 and the package is somewhere ! All the people that I email that I talk they are covering ther ass with the storm or with the new term! " act of GOD " they can't control the weather! We all know that! So been that desperate I went too sam's club and buy a electric generator for $299.00 before taxes take it to Rochester NY to DHL Express International on October 5 they charge me $557.18 and the next day a 10:am the generator was in Carolina Puerto Rico 00979 and that guys is next door to UPS main office in the international airport cargo area... I should not given a single star company's like this that take advantage of the desperate people because of the emergency should be investigated ... A ten pound package $120.23 and is know 19 days and the package!! Okay this is the company UPS first they don't give the corporate 1800 number! The people from customer service they give the wrong information... Bottom line guys use anything except UPS is a dishonest company ...!
Any Time I've had a problem with a delivery they would find a way to help me and fix things for me . I've had issues with getting my necessary meds from the VA Hospital and UPS has always helped me .
