Worst customer service I have ever received. They have the rudest staff and every single time I have called them I have had to instead call Progressive myself to get my insurance needs met
They write my insurance. I would have given it 5 stars but I when we were looking for additional insurance they never called back as they promised, multiple calls, multiple promises to call right back. 2 months latter Mr Ames called to say they couldn't write it. This after my last call contained a threat to move to another agency.
